Easy Souls: Use the Demons Souls PS3 Cheats below to get 5,250 to 5,500 each time.
Go to a room below after you beat the first Boss at the Shrine of Storms. Kill 3 first Lesser Demons you encountered, then walk back to the door you used to enter. Use the bow and shoot at the demon with the scythe. This will result about 4,500 souls. Go to the Archstone from the Boss to teleport to Nexus. You can go back and repeat this process as many times as you like. If you equip the Ring of Alvarice (soul booster) you will get up to 5,500 souls each time.
Saving Souls: You can do the Demons Souls PS3 Cheats below to save your souls before you die.
Immediately as your character die and before there is an auto save, quickly press the PS button and select Quit Game. If you do it correctly, then if you reload your saved game, you will start your game near you were originally with ALL your souls.
