SingStar PS2 can be a fun way to improve your singing skills. For those of you who have not familiar with the SingStar PS2, here is the brief information. SingStar PS2 is the music game for PlayStation 2 which you need a special microphone to play it. You just follow the lyrics at the bottom of the screen and you will get point depends on how well you sing. You will get high point if you can sing as close as possible to the original song. There are horizontal lines at the top of the lyrics that indicate how your voice should be, whether it should go down, flat, or rise.

SingStar PS2 is just like karaoke game, but here you can sing along with the original singer and original music video. You can record your performance and play it back to see how well you can sing. If you have an EyeToy and PlayStation Eye cameras, you can see yourself singing and make some original music video on your own. The most exciting is the SingStar PS2 can be played up to eight people. It is really fun.

SingStar PS2 was first released on May 21, 2004. Other than in English, SingStar PS2 also released exclusively in various European countries using their languages, such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Sweden. In North America, the first SingStar PS2 released was SingStar Rocks! that available on November 14, 2006. So far at least there are 11 SingStar PS2 released in North America.
