There is still no confirmation when this PS4 will be released. However, if we refer to the launch date of video game systems from Sony, the new Sony product either PS2 or PS3 was released 6 years after the previous product circulated in the market. So if the PS3 was released in 2006 will the PS4 be released in 2012? Only time will tell.
Xbox 720
This video game system is reportedly waiting for the right software and hardware before it is produces. The specifications of this new console might be not differs much from its main rival, PS4. But apparently the plan of making the Xbox 720 will slip for the short time because Microsoft is reaping success from Kinect sales and may not be minded to make a new console. But you’ll never know the future.
Wii 2
Some people say that today is the right time for Nintendo to release the Wii 2. Wii sales are now starting eroded by the great selling of PS3 and Xbox 360 that are supported with sophisticated motion device (the PlayStation Move and Microsoft Kinect). Nintendo will need a refresher to its console to keep reaching the number one in video game systems convincingly.
It is reported that the Wii 2 will be on display at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year. Wii 2 is also reported to have the game in High Definition resolution, still rely on motion gaming with a better level of responsiveness that even exceeds the PlayStation Move, and will be integrated with mobile content.
